I am a psychologist in the greater Annapolis, MD area whose been helping people figure out what is getting in the way of feeling the way they want to feel for over 18 years. I won’t just sit and nod my head- I work collaboratively with you to figure out the problem, solution, and implementation of the skills in a mindful and empathic way. There are no easy solutions as life is often not that simple. BUT… I have many tools and strategies at my disposal AND the intuition to help guide you toward what is most effective for you to live a life based on your values, morals, and goals.

 I have a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology and specialized training and experience in
working with multiple types of anxieties and those struggling with emotion regulating
and tolerating distress.
